Esthetician Program

Dallas Skin Institute offers a unique Skin Care Expert training experience, now coming to Manhattan, New York City. Our Esthesiology program is designed for students looking to build real careers in skincare, esthetics, and eyelash extensions through a combination of hands-on training and structured classroom education.

Students train in a focused environment with a 1 instructor to every 10–12 students ratio, allowing for personalized guidance, skill development, and real-world preparation. Beyond technique, our program emphasizes professionalism, client experience, and long-term success in the beauty industry.

Our 600-hour Esthesiology program provides advanced training in treatments designed to improve the health and appearance of the skin, preparing students for opportunities across NYC and beyond.

Cosmetology Program

Manhattan, NYC (1000 Hours)

Our Cosmetology program provides comprehensive training in hair, skin, and nail care, preparing students for a well-rounded career in the beauty industry. Designed for hands-on learning and real-world application, this program builds both technical skill and confidence across multiple service areas.

Students gain experience through guided instruction, practical sessions, and structured theory, creating a strong foundation for state board licensing and long-term success.

Program includes:

Mannequin-based presentations and training

Practical cut, color, and blowout sessions

Classic manicure and pedicure protocols

Lash theory and foundational techniques

Milady CIMA theory-based instruction

Independent “freehand” beauty practice days

State board preparation (practical & written routines)

Introduction to business concepts for beauty professionals

This program is ideal for those pursuing careers as hairstylists, beauty specialists, or licensed cosmetologists, with the skills needed to work in salons, studios, and growing beauty businesses.

Admissions Information

Please read over our admissions requirements. At Dallas Skin Institute all hands-on workshops are held from 9:30am – 6pm with a lunch break. Technicians will also receive their kit, which includes enough product plus materials for over 30 applications. This effectively will allow technicians to quadruple their investment.

We offer small class sizes to maximize the individual training time at both our Dallas and Santa Monica locations. Private clinics are also available.
